The table below describes the toolbar features.
Feature | Description |
---|---|
Filter |
Filtering helps you to narrow down the information that displays on pages. To filter at the page level, in the Filter field enter a code or keyword, and then press Enter or click Filter. TIP: All terms are assumed to use “and” logic. Terms are also stemmed so “employment” would also match “employ,” “employee,” “employer,” etc. You can also filter and sort at the column level:

Remove Filters |
Filters persist until you remove them. Click Remove Filters to remove all page and column level filters. |
Edit Columns |
You can show and hide the columns that display on a page. TIP: The Virgo Help includes a glossary of common field names and their definitions. The glossary lets you quickly understand the meaning of fields in Virgo. Click Edit Columns. Select the columns to display. Clear the columns to hide. Then click Apply. |
Report |
Virgo offers several standard reports and lets you create custom reports easily. You can also generate reports to export information. |
A view is a saved page configuration including columns, column order, sort order, and filters. Click View to display a list of standard view options and select a view. For example, on the Record Series tab, you can select the Record Series Summary view. TIP: To change the column order, click a column heading, and then drag to the new position. Release the mouse. NOTE: The configuration of each view is saved on your device with each change. This means that reloading Virgo, logging out and back in, or closing and opening your browser will not reset your page configuration. And you can easily pick up where you left off. You can bookmark a view in your Internet browser and share a customized view by copying and sharing the URL. |
